A third-party search provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form and supplies the results. Fernley People Search does not save a copy of those queries on its own servers. If you send a message, we receive the content and contact details you choose to provide and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs that may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated data helps maintain the site and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Information
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links lead to City of Fernley and Lyon County offices, Nevada government portals, library resources, and third-party search services. Their own privacy terms govern information sent to them. The same applies to sponsored search results, which an outside company provides.
When Information Is Shared
Hosting and support vendors may process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise share visitor data.
How Information Is Protected
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Since this site has no user accounts, it stores no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18

Because Fernley People Search holds little visitor data, a request will usually involve only the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Public records held by Fernley, Lyon County, or Nevada offices remain outside our control, and any request about those records must go to the custodian.
